Shipping, Exchange, Returns & Refund Policy
In case of a claim for a damaged or leaked product during delivery, please email us on info.kzenskincare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following details :
- Order no
- Invoice no
- Images of the damage clearly visible
On receipt of the all of the above, our team shall take 4 days to revert. If the exchange is approved then a reverse pick-up shall be arranged. All products to be exchanged must be sent back to us packed in the original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice.
Once the package is received by us, the exchange order will be processed within 48 hours and details emailed to the customer.
Refund will be given in the form of credit note /code on customer’s email.
Kzen Skincare is not responsible for damage after delivery.
